 | Dr. Aprille Joy Ericsson Aerospace Engineer, NASA’s Goddard Space Center, USA The first African-American female received a Ph.D. in Engineering at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. She speaks to young people across the country – especially minorities and women – to encourage them to follow in her footsteps. She mentors students every year and she created an email pipeline for groups underrepresented in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. This pipeline distributes opportunities for employment, grants, internships, and fellowships. Dr. Ericsson has always pursued ambitious undertakings and has never shied away from aiming high. In fact, she lives by these words of Norman Vincent Peale: “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.” |

 | Prof. Peter Charles Sinclair Taylor - Adjunct Professor of Transformative Education, Murdoch University, Australia - Chair, International Transformative Education Research Network (ITERN) Prof. Taylor is Chair of the International Transformative Educational Research Network (ITERN), with chapters throughout Asia, Africa and the Indo-Pacific region, and Adjunct Professor of Transformative Education at Murdoch University, Australia. Peter’s vision of education for sustainable development integrates the Arts and Sciences to foster students’ transdisciplinary capabilities: critical self-reflection, ethical astuteness, political awareness, connectedness. These are essential capabilities for living and working sustainably in the increasingly complex, contested and crisis-ridden world of the 21st century. |

 | Prof. Brendan J. Godley Professor of Conservation Science, University of Exeter, United Kingdom Prof. Godley is an experienced educator and researcher. In 2003, he was one of the three founding academics of the University of Exeter’s Centre for Ecology and Conservation. This department now boasts over 60 academics and over 800 students. Key to student and staff growth of this powerhouse has been the deep valorization of quality education with an emphasis on fieldwork and practical skills in the natural environment. Prof. Godley's research focuses on a range of fundamental and applied questions with the overarching aim of informing the conservation of marine biodiversity; a field for which he is a global profile. His studies generally involve marine vertebrates and interface with fields of spatial ecology, climate change, fisheries science and environmental impact assessment. |

 | Mr. Cesar Jung-Harada Founder and CEO of MakerBay, Hong Kong Mr. Harada is a French-Japanese Inventor, Environmentalist and Entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Director of MakerBay and Scoutbots. MakerBay is a Hong Kong MakerSpace for Social & Environmental Impact. Mr. Harada is a Former MIT project leader and won the Ars Electronica Golden Nica (NEXT IDEA) with his Master graduation project from the Royal College of Arts, London. Mr. Harada has been teaching Masters at the Goldsmiths University of London and lectured around the world. Mr. Harada believes that nature, human and technology can coexist in harmony. |
